I'm trying to install the 64 bit ODBC driver from the Teradata web site for an NT/SQL Server

When I run the ODBC setup the following appears:

This setup will perform an upgrade of 'ODBC Driver for Teradata'. Do you want to continue?

Answers yes and then :

The wizard was interrupted before the ODBC Driver for Teradata could be completely installed.

Any thoughts as to what's happening?
