Hello,

I am running MVS Multiload using the VARTEXT format option for a comma separated dataset. The data is supposed to be all character format however I have come across an issue where any records that contain a binary zero anywhere in the record are stopping the load.

I have used the NOSTOP option to skip these records but cannot understand why the binary zero is stopping the process. It looks like this is being treated as an end-of-record delimiter. Is this an undocumented feature or is there a way around this?
