create a state by system regulation-->sates, for example: batch_window_state.

Go to system regulation, now you will see a matrix with your system conditions (default normal), and your defined period, such as batch window, now pick the state in batch window column under normal and pick the state you just created.

Go to filter -> object access-> your database filter

Click enable by state and check the check boxes of override beside your batch_window_state.

Save and load to db, you are done!
