Madhu,

There is an access count on the DBC.Indices (or DBC.Indexes) table that can be compared to the access count in DBC.TVM to determine the frequency of usage for a given index. If you search the archives you should be able to find more information on a report/view that was written by another forum member (forgive me as their name escapes me) that does this for you along with some other information.
