yes indeed the showlocks shows hut and locks placed during a Teradata Database system failure.

The Lock Display utility, lokdisp, provides a snapshot capture of all real-time database locks.

The Locking Logger utility, dumplocklog, creates a table of lock information extracted from Teradata Database transaction logs.
