You can schedule through Teradata Manager if you like, just select Scheduler tab under the Administer->Teradata Manager. You need to enter in a command string like :

     C:\Program Files\NCR\Teradata Client\bin\bteq < "enter your input path
               here" > "enter your output path for log"
