Other than TDWM you will need to use the Teradata monitor API. There are some sample code that came with the TM , if you install in your PC.
It is in VB. There is also some orange book that has details on how to write custom code using the API. It is very simple once you have proper
access and set it up.
You can easily write Alerts, look for blocking etc.
