Subj:   Automating priority for bad queries

From:   Anomy Anom

I need some help. I have been asked to come up with a way to do the following.

1. If a user hits 500 GB of spool lower their priority automatically.

I am able to identify those users using 500 GB of spool but I dont know how to automate changing someones account string from $H to $L for the duration of their session.

2. Identify poor performing queries while they happen.

Again I can identify poor queries from the DBQL logs but that is after the fact. How can I do this while the query is happening?

Thanks in advance for the help!
