If you tell TDAdmin to use the X views it will only be able to retrieve those databases that the user has some kind of rights on. Therefore if
they have rights on a database, but not on the parent, they will not see that lower level database. (This is one reason that SQL Assistant does
not use a hierachy tree.)
The only solution is for the DBA to grant a (not useful) right on the parent databases to all those users who need to see the hierachy. (In
13.0 you can use the 'Show' right)
