Al,

You can get this from DBC.INDEXCONSTRAINTS.

There's a column in there that captures the full constraint text on the index.....it's called, unsurprisingly, ConstraintText.

Using your example, this would be from RANGE_N onwards. You can parse that to pull out the TXN_DTE.
