I suggest using OLE Load to generate the Teradata control statements to extract data from Oracle and populate Teradata. The resulting script can execute Fastload, Multiload, or Tpump and can access the Oracle data using the Oracle ODBC driver via the ODBC Access Module. Extract/load jobs can be created in minutes. Check Chapter 2 of the Access Module Reference for details.
