Hi, Try to bring that amp online and then try. The following is to bring the amp online on MPRAS. It is similar on windows . There are different states of amp. 1) If the amp status is "OFFLINE Down" Set the amp status to online by issuing SET "AMP#" ( example for amp no 1 " set 1 online" )online from vprocmanager. 2) If the amp is in FATAL state try to reboot the amp by issuing boot "AMP#".( boot 1 ) 3) If the amp status is FATAL** Down then you should run fsgwizard and needs to bring the amp online. After running fsgwizard sucessfully you need to run /tmp/flushit nad /tmp discard. And then try rebuild the tables on the amp. NOTE: this is for teradata versions 611 and below. For 622 and above you can directly boot the amp instead of running fsgwizard. 4) if the amp is in Utility/catchup mode then you can directly issue a tpareset -f " for bringing down amp" . Thanks & Regards, Santosh Reddy Vella.
