Well,
I am assuming that you have a sample database backup copy, that was made using the ARC software, and now you would like to restore it without
using the ARC utility, is that right?
I do not know if it is possible to restore a backup, made through the ARC utility, without using the same utility to restore it, once the file
was generated using internal controls and format belonging to ARC.
