Hi Greg and Anom, Based upon your advices, I tried out different approaches and I finally got it working - back to the very very fast fetching behavior and no crash any more. I just simply unchecked (disabled) the 'Run queries asynchronously' option and it's all working. My version is 7.2.0.03 <http://7.2.0.03>. Since I don't use db2cli.ini file to initialized I didn't add ASYNCENABLE=0 in that file but I got your ideas. Just a follow up question - will this disabled 'Run queries asynchronously' option adversely impact my query performance to our Teradata Databases although it resolves my issue against DB2 DBs? Thank you both again very much. I appreciate it. John
