To count the number of times the system accesses objects, enable the ObjectUseCountCollectRate field in the DBS Control Utility. The system will then populate the AccessCount and LastAccessTimeStamp fields of the data dictionary

To enable LastAccessTimeStamp, you must set the DBSControl: General field- 30) Object Use Count Collect Rate

30. Object Use Count Collect Rate - Determines the default amount of time which the Data Dictionary columns of database object AccessCount and LastAccess Time Stamp are reset automatically. The default is 0, which disables the database object use count feature. To enable, the recommended value is 10 minutes.
