It is fairly easy. You can parametize it as much as you want.
${TD} - It must be a recognized variable in UNIX
${userid} - Same as above
${password} - Same as above
${DATABASENAME} - Same as above
${TABLENAME} - Same as above
i.e.
export TD=
export DATABASENAME=
export TABLENAME=
etc...
