I would question your need to see all 8M rows ranked. What are you really trying to accomplish? top 10? top 20? Add a QUALIFY to specify
the number of rows for each unique combination of activity_prd_id and site_id that you really need. It will speed it up and reduce the skewing
because there will be less data in SPOOL.
