Error message when user attempts to connect via BTEQ: DBS CRASHED OR SESSIONS RESET. RECOVERY IN PROGRESS We are unable to connect to the server to run some diagnostic commands. (The established admin connection procedure uses a special Admin ID which connects to the server via remote desktop.) We are considering bouncing the box. Any thoughts on the risks of bouncing the box? Thanks
