This information is encoded in DBC.TVM.SPObjectCodeRows, and the encoding varies depending on your Teradata DBMS release. If you use the Data Dictionary manual as a starting point and compare with some known values obtained using HELP PROCEDURE ATTRIBUTES you can probably figure it out.
