This problem has been resolved:

Although I am not on Queryman 4.1 and ODBC 2.06 and v2r3, and max buffer allowed on ODBC 3.0.5.8 is 1048576, the error was corrected by setting max buffer to 65477 as reported in DR48121.

I have forwarded this to Teradata for review.
