This may be happening because at (and cron) jobs don't read your .profile Try inserting the following (note the spaces are critical) near the top of your script. If you have one, the following should go *after* the "#!..." line which must always be first. Here is the extra command: . ./.profile Failing that, you can find the path of any command using the type command. For example: type ls Should produce "ls is a tracked alias for /usr/bin/ls".
