Well it depends. INS-SEL is anyway not a choice in this case, so you need not focus on this.

If you are sure there are no duplicate rows and only PI duplicates. You can still use Fexp || Mload. Now come the question whether you want to take your duplicate PI's into your new table or not.

For that I will need some more information of the situation and what you are trying to achieve in order to refine my reply.
