This is a little hard to diagnose without more information. Essentially it is a "nothing has changed but it isn't working". Obviously something
has changed otherwise it would still be working.
Has the password been changed, the account disabled etc?
Can you still log on to Teradata using the same credentials using say bteq?
Has the hosts file been changed - and thus you are being pointed at the test/production system?
In short, what have you tried so far???? that might help narrow down the possibilities.
