Hi

We have are migrating from V2R5 to V2R6.

So we are running our ETL Applications on HP-UX once on both servers (i.e V2r5 and v2r6), for sanity check.

Now both the instances should run on same UNIX box. As the value of Tdpid is hard coded in the applications, is they are way we can direct requests to particular IP while using same Tdpid string.

Can we make changes in the hosts file so that different applications can access difference Tdata box, but keeping Tdpid same?

Please suggest different options.
