Yes, you can store sound files (.wav, .mp3, etc.) in BLOB columns. (You can even store small ones in VARBYTE columns)
If you retreive them with SQL Assistant (and provide the appropriate file type for the files) then you can play them simply by clicking on the
'button' cell in the answerset.
(This assumes you have a file association set up for that file type - you probably do however since Windows Media Player sets up associations
for most sound file types automatically.)
