Per Data Dictionary manual:

Q= PPI (P is non-partitioned PI)

M= Multi-column statistics (collected when no corresponding index existed)

K= Primary Key constraint


Also note that S is only for "ordinary" Secondary indexes. There are separate IndexTypes for "covering" and/or "value-ordered" secondary indexes.
