Is the problem only that you can not see the shortcut under 'All Programs' or does the program not execute at all? We have had customers using SQL Assistant on Citrix servers for a long time and have not heard of any problems before. When you installed it (as an administrator probably) the shortcut may have been added to that administrator's branch of 'Documents and Settings' rather than to the 'All Users' branch. If that is the case then you will only see the shortcut when you logon as the administrator. (The administrator can correct this problem by moving the shortcut to the 'All Users' branch.) Please let me know if this is the case. (We could then modify future install packages to ensure that the shortcut is installed for all users.) Mike Dempsey
