From:   Diehl, Robert

Sys_calendar.cALENDAR is just a view with mathematical equations built into it to 'decode' meaning out of dates.

View SYS_CALENDAR.Calendar points to view Sys_Calendar.CALENDARTMP Which points view Sys_Calendar.CALBASICS

Which points to table Sys_Calendar.caldates with only one date column.

Even though you can change any of the views (at least last time I tried back before V2R4), my Recommendataion is to provide a new View to add any columns. The reason for this is you will probably have users with different needs.

Thanks,

Bob Diehl
