Randall,

As everybody pointed out BTEQ is the simplest way.

Otherwise you could use a stored proc and call the stored proc within SQL Assistant or BTEQ.

You will need to use DYNAMILC SQL's.

I am not sure if DDL's are allowed in dynamic SQL. But you could give it a try.
