If you know for certain that the fields do not contain the single-byte " character, a neat trick is to use the 'optionally enclosed in double quotes' export format, then tell FastLoad that the delimiter is " and use every other field:

FastLoad thinks first 'field' is null string (leading ")

Second 'field' is actually first data field text (between the quotes)

Third 'field' is the delimiter character (between the closing " and opening ")

etc., up to a final null string field at the end of the line
