You are converting everything - your math, your join columns and causing a lot of re-distribution to occur when you "trim" your join columns and everything else. For instance, trim results of your CASE not inside your CASE - too, too, and way too many conversions slow things down.

Doctor, it hurts when I do that. Don't do that!
