I recently fixed a sequence error that appears to occur only with DB2 mainframe systems.

The fix will be in SQL Assistant 7.2.0.1 which should be released next month as part of TTU8.2. (along with DBS 6.2)

Once you have that version you should be able to go back to using Async mode.
