We have done our Upgrade from V2R5 to V2R6 two month ago. In respective of data and sql code there were no problems.

But we had some problems with UDFs. After the migration they want run anymore, so we had to create them new.

Another issue we had with Priority Scheduler. After migration the Dataset was also saved in database, but not activ on system. We had to apply it new.

Hope that gives you some ideas.
