We use a tool called Recovery Manager ( RCVMANAGER ) for cancelling a rollback.

Take the table ID and do a cancel rollback ...

Example ( in Cnstool -> RCVManager ) :
list rollback tables;
cancel rollback on table 0007:8EFA;
