Does anyone know if exist a function like the ORACLE Trunc. I'm not an expert about Oracle, but I believe that the trunc do something like this: trunc(timestamp_field) if timestamp_field = 2006-01-01 10.56:00 then the trunc return 2006-01-01 0.00:00. I don' t believe that in teradata is it possible with a function, and also format the time in this way seems very hard. Another question: Is it possible use the add_month() on a timestamp field? I don' believe. any help is appreciated Thanks
