The first position is for DATE, second position is for TIME and the third position is for TIMESTAMP. So, based on the setting the particular
data types under go some transformations inside ODBC driver's parser. But note, the third letter is of no significance as there is no longer
INTEGER mode TIMESTAMP behavior offered by this ODBC driver.
