Please read Teradata Tools and Utilities Access Modules Reference B035-2425-104A. There are example provide in the name pipe section for fastexport and fastload. You can change fastload to mload very easily. Each of the reference manual has details on each of the load utilities.

You can build application using SQL plus to export file to a name pipe then load to TERADATA using the same name pipe to a staging then transform once loaded.
