Looks like Informatica couldn't write the name pipe to hold the extract data: " Writer initialization failed ... /rem/etl/targetdata/tbl_kmv_tmp251.out "

You say your source is a flat file....so I am not sure why Informatica would be trying to write to a named pipe if your target is a Teradata table using Mload.
