What version of TD are you using to get 15 mloads? I can only run 5 simultaneously in the background on one box. Any others submitted during that time on that box wait for one of them to finish before it will start.

I haven't tried submit more than 5 using more than one box. Is the limit 15 for the DB?

David,

I'd have to look at what you're doing exactly to know, but let me ask you this: When you say "on one box", what exactly do you mean? From one non-TPA node? Some other sort of application server? Or (and I hesitate to ask this) are you pointing an mload at only one node? (It can be done, but it shouldn't.) Anyway, there's a dbscontrol setting--maxloadtask, if I remember correctly--where you can set this globally for the system as a whole. And yes, unless something has changed recently, fifteen is the upper limit.

All the best,

John A
