The number of fastload/multiload/fastexport (block operations) that you can do concurrently is controlled by a setting in the DBS Control
record. It can be any value from 0 to 15, the default at install time is 5.
In V2R6, the rumor is that more than 15 can run concurrently, but it depends on the phase - reading and sending data versus building table
space.
