If I understand your question:
1) Rows for a NUSI are stored on the same amp as the base table rows. Access to a NUSI value is an all-amp operation. One table,
but access between the subtable and the base table will be amp local.
2) Rows for a USI are stored on a different amp as the base table rows. Access to a USI value is a two-amp operation. One table,
and access between the subtable and the base table will not be amp local.
