I was not aware of any cases where CTRL+C did not copy anything (unless there was nothing selected to copy.)

(The Query and the Answer grid are completely different controls - one from Microsoft and one from another vendor - which each handle the CTRL+C event themselves. It seems very strange that they would both have the same problem.)

There was a problem in one version of Windows (XP I think) where it only recognized lower case letters with CTRL+. This only effected the tool buttons and menus however (I think). As far as I know CTRL+C still worked if you typed it directly on the keytboard.

Version 6.2 is over 2 years old now.

The current version is 7.1 (7.1.0.7 to be more exact) with 7.2 due out in a couple of months.

I would suggest upgrading to 7.1.x (or 7.0.x), if you can, and see if you still see the problem.
