"Detail Retention" is how long it keeps the data in the dbc.DBQLxxx tables. (Including the DBQLSummaryTbl)

"Summary Retention" is how long it keeps the sumarized data in the dbcmngr.LogDBQL and LogDBQLStep tables.

When (If) the cleanup process runs it should remove all rows older than the age specified for that type.
