Hi Michele:

Your request works in Queryman because if fixes bad SQL for you since you have the Allow SQL extension box checked.

Specifically you are using the wrong syntax for the substring. Instead, you are using the syntax for substr.

Correct syntax:

     substring( FROM 1 FOR 11)
     substr(,1,11)
