Thanks Michael for your input. NULLIF checks the dataparcel that comes into a Fastload or an mload for a specific given parameter (like blanks)
and loads the database field with a NULL. This should be common to any utility that imports data into a table. I was just checking if the same can
be achieved in the USING clause of BTEQ.
