The error indicates that the system alias TM is trying to connect to does not reside as a "cop" entry in your hosts (IP) lookup file.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
You need the name to <your td alias>COP1 and the IP addresses of your site For example if myTDsys is the rdbms alias you wish to
use for TM then (IP's are fictions for illustration purposes):
100.99.99.101 myTDsysCOP1 #Node 1
100.99.99.102 myTDsysCOP2 #Node 2
