Ram,

MLOAD utility creates Logtable for restart purpose. This logtable gets created as per given details in MLOAD script before logon details as".LOGTABLE".

If you do not want to restart earlier incomplete MLOAD job then drop LOGTABLE, WORKTABLE and both ERROR TABLES (ET and UV). Release your target table if it has lock. "RELEASE MLOAD <TABLENAME>;" and then re-execute your MLOAD script.

I think this should resolve your problem.
