In SQLA, click on Tools, select Options. Then on the "Query" tab uncheck the "Allow use of ODBC SQL Extensions in queries" option.
If the query is still not parsed correctly by the ODBC driver then try Bteq. It will avoid ODBC, with and without extensions.
