Hi Gurus , I am getting the following error message when running a Teradata query:
Code = 2616.
2616: Numeric overflow occurred during computation.
Output directed to Answer set window
Could this be due to a computation limit due to 32 bit processing on the numeric data type in Teradata? Is there any add-on support available for Teradata to handle summing large numbers of records for columns with a length of 18,2 (without having to resort to floating point which will cause rounding? Here is the query:
