Did you by any chance experience one TPump error and then do something silly like drop your logtable or your error table and then run it again? If so, it would think it is a new run and build the macros again. Then, when it goes to save the macro, behold - this is already one by the same name.

These jobs are restartable. That means you need to leave things along and restart it and not rerun it from the beginning. That requires the logtable, worktable and errortables.
